Sophia Clist will be taking her delicately woven sculptures to Dance Umbrella as part of Katherine Morley’s piece for children ’16 Singers’. Crying Out loud began working with Sophia in 2002, when we commissioned, funded and produced the creation of Stretch, an evolving artwork/installation that combines light, sound, music, dance and video. Read more about Sophia here.
Also at Dance Umbrella is Belgian choreographer Lisbeth Gruwez who we saw most recently as part of our festival ‘Currency’ a European Exchange of Performed Ideas, at London’s The Place in 2013. You can read more about Currency here.
