We inspire the next generation of creatives through skills-based sessions, career workshops and hands-on internships, collaborating directly with our producers and artists from across the UK, internationally and the Solent region.

Collaborating with Solent Cultural Education Partnership networks, we connect schools with enriching arts opportunities across the region. Through programmes like the Isle of Wight’s Future Creatives careers week, Circus Around and About 2 project and the University of Southampton Internship Scheme, we introduce students to new skills, performance opportunities and diverse careers in visual theatre.
