Circostrada brings together professionals from Europe and beyond, who are characterised both by their diversity and their shared interest in circus and street arts.

The network features disciplines as varied as contemporary circus, site-specific projects, participatory and local projects, visual theatre or art in public spaces. It comprises small and large organisations, both independent bodies and public institutions and structures: festivals, residency, creation and performance spaces, umbrella organisations, national networks, resource and information centres, and development agencies.

Crying Out Loud was chosen as the partner for the first meeting held in London in April 2009 and since then we regularly participate in Circostrada’s quarterly meetings, seminars and discussions hosted at European festivals.
