As part of our commitment to nurturing talent in the Solent, we host paid producer internships for students and emerging creatives. These internships provide emerging creatives with hands-on experience in producing, artist development and cultural programming, while strengthening pathways into the creative sector through practical skills, industry insights and professional connections.
