A welcoming, practical session inspired by ºUp! Violin vs Football, a playful outdoor performance bringing together dance, live violin and freestyle football.

Led by artists from Le Phare, a contemporary dance company from Le Havre, France, the session explores movement, rhythm, co-ordination and play.

It’s your chance to try things out, respond to others and experience ideas from the work through your own body.

No dance or football experience needed. Just come ready to move, experiment and have a go.
