Taking its starting point in the community and social circus movements of the late 1960s, Crying Out Loud’s visual timeline marks a selection of the pivotal companies and events from four decades of UK contemporary circus.

Focus Cirque

Once every four years the French Institute focuses on contemporary circus during Circa-festival du cirque actual which takes place in Auch, France. This year, eighty delegates from all over the world saw twenty one shows in five days in both Auch and Toulouse including Compagnie XY, Compagnie AOC, Buren Cirque and Circa Tsuica.
