Circus Change UP is a sector development project for the subsidised circus sector based on the findings from our Slow Thinking Conference that took place in July 2020.
By forming Working Groups around 10 Missions and focussing on action, the project will help the subsidised circus sector to develop a coherent vision that has been built through grassroots consultation and collaboration, thereby strengthening it for the future.
